The holiday season has officially come to an end. Days spent battling with traffic for last minute gifts, resisting temptational hoards of leftover food and smiling through hectic days serving customers in the retail industry are over. It’s reassuring to know that I’m on the other side of this time of year having kept my sanity […]

The wind snatches at the hood of my jacket. Every step sends burns of electricity up my quads and into my lower back, shocking me to the very core. We’ve been pushing continuously for over tens hours. I remind myself that everything’s going to be alright, even though I can’t remember the last time I felt the […]

Finally... Absolutely insane week of work; kicking off appts super early, getting after it all day and retiring late. All the while staring up at these . Got the goods today, the hard work and patience paid off. Many thanks for the beta @nate_chaz , low vis and rain in the parking lot opened up to fresh snowfall and way better conditions than I expected in many of these shots! @justincastleberry escaping whiteout conditions up high and dropping the on the soft and floaty in the trees Being able to play in Chamonix has been one of the great experiences of my life. A convenience to a grander playground I’ve ever witnessed. @justincastleberry it’s been a pleasure sharing the pull of gravity in mediums of snow, ice and rock with you these past days.
Almost time to make that seasonal shift back to the stone . It’s been an amazing season on the snow and skiing in the mountains. Hopefully it continues for awhile longer... Last year was one of my favorite for climbing rock. This shot of a lone pin was the last bit of protection for quite a while on the route Excellent Adventure in Red Rock Canyon. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ route and day that I won’t soon forget! 🧗‍♂️ Full house in the Cosmiques couloir as I made a ‘solo’ descent to the foot of Mont Blanc and out the Bossons Glacier below. 🇫🇷 V-threads > Wind slab @scottthehut beginning the first of many rappels outside Silverton. Conscious decision making towards the lesser of two decent options ⛏
Back to the Rockies just in time for a refill and some of the best conditions in the Park all season ❄️ I always heard short people ski deeper pow, guess at 5’7 I needed to test it for myself. ‍♂️ Northern shots provided BIG time here in the Wasatch ⛷ @burningvan getting up to get down!
